Shipping?

Once we receive an order, it will be processed immediately. If you place an order for an in-stock item and it is received before 9am Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, the order is shipped within 48hrs via the shipment method you have chosen. If you have special requests or if you need to ship sooner, please contact us and we will respond the same day.

For all orders that are not in stock, please allow approx. 7-14 working days for the order to ship. If you have a certain delivery date you need, no problem, just email us to let us know.

Orders designated for priority delivery are subject to additional charges. Taxes and shipping are calculated at the time of checkout.

How to Purchase/Pay?

Employees: To purchase Farmers branded merchandise for your personal use: Use the navigation to the left where you can browse merchandise from available inventory. Orders will be directly charged to the employee's personal credit card.

Corporate: To purchase Farmers branded merchandise for events, client gifts, internal use:

Please email [email protected], we will get back to you the same day, if not same hour. We can produce items as quick as 24-48 hours and will assist you in creative ideas to exceed your goals. Once you choose your merchandise, we will send you a order confirmation for confirmation of the order.

Return Policy?

If you are not happy with a purchase or want to exchange it for another item, please email us at [email protected]. You can return merchandise to us at the address below within 30 days:

The return/exchange form can be found on the back of the packing slip. Additional forms can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Please indicate whether you want a replacement or full refund. If an item is received incorrectly or defective, we will supply the shipping label or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please email images of the defect along with your order number so we can review with the manufacturer. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All other returns will be subject to additional shipping charges. We can only accept returns within 30 days from when all items were delivered.

We encourage you to insure all bulk orders returned for replacement or refund. The Farmers Branded Promotions Store is not responsible for lost returns. Shipments sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
